PLASMA PS50M

The Metallisation PS50M Plasma system is a compact 10OOAmp, 50Kw plasma unit using state of the art mass flow controllers to ensure excellent repeatability and consistency in coating quality. The 50kW capacity is more than enough for the majority of applications. The operator interface is designed to be simple for ease of operation. The system comprises a power supply, mass flow control console and gas box, a screw feed powder feeder and pistol. The standard pistol is a straight spray, machine mounted unit. An optional, 90 Deg pistol is offered for robot mounting. A Plasma Extension is also available giving a standard reach of 400mm with other options available upon request (maximum 900mm). A chiller is required to cool the system during operation.
