METALLISATION range of Metal Spraying Consumable Materials are produced and selected to meet the demands of industry. They offer the user the ability to produce a wide range of coatings through all types of thermal spraying equipment in all areas of thermal sprayings processes.

The materials detailed are subject to the most stringent quality control procedures at all stages of their manufacture. They are available with most types of certification and all materials can be supplied with Certificates of Conformity and/or Chemical Analysis.

METALLISATION also manufactures a complete range of thermal spraying equipment. The company’s Technical Service and Research & Development departments are available to offer advice on coating and materials selection as well as providing operator and supervisory training.

METALLISATION have facilities available for material/equipment demonstrations and material/process evaluation.

ALL METALLISATION wires are specifically formulated for both Flame and Arc spraying processes. The wires are available in all standard metal spraying diameters and forms. Importance is placed on the close control of surface finish and treatment as well as tolerance to ensure smooth uninterrupted spraying. Arcspray wires are supplied precision layer wound on plastic spools of between 7 and 15kgs in weight depending on materials type. All wires are identified by reference, part and batch number as well as material type.

CORED WIRES

Developed by METALLISATION for users of Arcspray system, Cored Wires enable a “hard facing” type of coating to be achieved. They consist of a tubular wire construction filled with selected powders. Particular attention has been paid to the tolerance and surface finish of the wire and to the consistency of the filler powder. These Cored Wires are supplied on plastic spools in weights of 5-10kgs depending on materials type. All Cored Wires are identified by reference, part and batch number as well as material type.
