GT-HFPD GEN 2.3 spray system

The HFPD system consists of three main components, Gun, Control Console and Gas

Module. Its operating requirements are:

- Fuel gas at 8 bar: Our standard system operates with a wide choice of fuels: natural gas (methane), propane and/or propylene. If you intend to use propylene, we recommend the use of an evaporator.

- Oxygen at 10 bar

- Nitrogen at 8 bar

- Cooling water: Minimum of 10 l/min (recirculated)

- Electricity: 220 VAC, 50-60 Hz, 1000 VA (which we can adapt to your needs)

- Powder Supply: The system operates with most commercial powder feeders and powders, including a very wide spectrum of ceramics, cermets and metallic powders. However, we would need to know in advance which powder feeder you will be using so as to prepare the interface with our powder injection system.

- Booth: Overall, the system has been designed to easily fit into any current existing thermal spray installation; sharing booth, filters, robot, manipulators, powder feeders, cooling systems, etc., with other thermal spray equipment (like plasma or HVOF). The booth should have suitable sound insulation to reduce the 145 dB generated by the gun.
